Watchers
The small room was dimly lit by dials, various meters of all sorts were in display.
A loud hum came from the equipment.
Two men are seen at a nearby table, sipping coffee. They are dressed in white lab coatss.
"They would be shocked if they knew we even existed", one was saying.
At that moment one of the machines gave out a chirp, followed by quiet alarm.
"What is it?" asked one of the men.
The other man bent over the output, and said "Would you believe it was a witch?"
The first man laughed, and said "No. Not at those power levels. Maybe one of the ley lines shifted position."
